This piece is a ballad in 3/4. (If you did not notice it yet, I reveal the secret here that I love ballads the most ;-) )
Rough division of the full piece: It has an Intro, then a theme, which is later reharmonized, and also an Outro that is similar to the Intro. Accidentially you find some phrases from the Viennese style at times of Mauro Giuliani, I always have loved to play and hear them...;-)
If something sounds easy or slowly, many people think it is more easy to play. I have made the opposite experience. It's much more difficult to play something slowly beautiful than reproduce notes that are written in the score. Of course, I don't want to ignore the power of technics and fast fingers, but I believe that playing slowly and less notes requires also much technics, knowledge, accuracy and maturity.
